Mark's Bar and Grill: Pan Seared Tuna

Nicole had the pan seared tuna with coriander crust, wasabi-ginger chanterelle mushroom cream sauce tossed with pappardelle pasta. It too was fabulous, and cost $235 pesos ($18 USD in august of 2010)
